Yep, and it was famously used in a commercial for the 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse

It was recorded in 2001 and released April 23, 2002 in the US. I graduated high school the year it came out. Hard to believe that was 16 years ago. I remember the first time watching the Mitsubishi Eclipse commercial and hearing that song.
